Terms of Use

1. The agreement

These terms are between you and Arthiksha (arthiksha.in), operated by Hariom Arora, India. By creating an account or using the site you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy. You must be 18 or older.

2. What Arthiksha is — and is not

Arthiksha is a stock screener, charting and scanning tool, and a set of trading courses. Everything on it — screener results, indicators, scanners, alerts, backtests, charts and course content — is for education and information only.

Arthiksha is not a SEBI-registered investment adviser or research analyst. Nothing on the site is investment advice, a recommendation, or a call to buy, sell or hold any security. A scan showing a stock means the stock matched the conditions you chose — nothing more. Decisions about your money are yours alone; if you want advice, consult a SEBI-registered adviser. Investments in the securities market are subject to market risks; read all related documents carefully before investing. Past performance, including any backtest, is not indicative of future returns.

3. Market data and accuracy

Market data comes from exchanges and data providers and may be delayed, incomplete or wrong. Backtests are hypothetical: they use past data, assume fills that may not have been available, and cannot include every cost. We work hard on accuracy but do not guarantee it, and we are not responsible for decisions you take on the basis of what the site shows.

4. Your account

• One person, one account. Keep the email address on it secure — the login link sent to that address is your key.
• One active login at a time. Signing in on a second device signs the first one out. Sharing a paid account with others is not allowed and may end the account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.

5. Plans, payments and refunds

• The free plan and the Pro plan are described on the pricing page, which states the current price and what each plan includes. We may change prices and plan contents; changes apply from your next purchase, never to a period you have already paid for.
• A paid plan runs for the period shown at purchase. It does not renew automatically unless the purchase page says so.
• Refunds. Because a paid plan is unlocked immediately, there are no refunds once it is activated. The exceptions: a duplicate charge, or a payment taken without the plan being activated, is refunded in full — write to us within 7 days with the payment reference.
• Promotional and trial codes are one per account and cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape or download data or course content in bulk, by hand or with software;
• resell, redistribute or publicly re-post screener results, data or course videos;
• work around plan limits, access controls or rate limits, or probe the service for weaknesses;
• use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms the service or other members.

7. Content and ownership

The site, its design, code, indicators, scanners and course content belong to Arthiksha and are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use while you have an account. The scans, indicators and notes you create remain yours; you give us the permission needed to store and run them for you.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the service running and current, but it may be unavailable at times (maintenance, outages, data-provider issues), and we may change or retire features. Live prices follow the exchange's sessions, including its closing auction.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Arthiksha and Hariom Arora are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Ending the agreement

You can stop using the site or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms; where money is involved, section 5 applies.

11. Law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India. When the terms change, the “last updated” date changes; for a change that matters we will tell you by email or a notice on the site. Continuing to use the site after that means you accept the new terms.
